Utilizing the science of Marketing can bring short-term and long-term positive results in the Economy of Culture. It is an almost “unexplored” scientific field in the fields of culture (such as the Arts and Museums), with many extensions, which has the potential to contribute greatly to the cultural and economic development of every county in the world.
Through the intensive and systematic use of Marketing tools, the strategic map of synergies inside and outside each country will take on the dimensions that can ensure the preservation and dissemination of cultural heritage internationally. Modern practices that can be applied to Culture as a product, in Public and Private Cultural Organizations are levers of creating opportunities that ensure the healthy sustainability and development of the cultural and creative industry.

The uniqueness of the cultural product reveals significant challenges not only for the science of Marketing but also for a host of others, at the interdisciplinary level. The trigger for my interest, especially in the field of Museums, was the closure of the only Theatre Museum in the country from 2012 and the endless efforts to date, to open. In a country that has been associated with Ancient Greek Drama and Comedy, at their birth, the only Museum that could accommodate exhibits for visitors but also offer valuable material to researchers in the science of theater, closed its doors to the public for years and to the scientific community with any consequences. The causes of the unsustainable operation of this Museum seem to be in the background at the present time, as in the foreground obviously needs the further strengthening of a sustainable business that could provide valuable help and support to all the Museums of the country, providing Marketing practices that will lead to their also sustainable development. Knowing that practices and tools are used towards the sustainability and development of Museums by professionals specializing in Marketing, Communication and Public Relations abroad, mainly and using all my knowledge and experience in the field of Marketing and Theatre, I express my belief that I can help you prove their effective application in the special space of the Museums, always considering all the peculiarities of the specific sector.

“The M@ttia Project” is a complete plan with innovative achievable goals that has the potential to inspire people around the world. The establishment of the first Digital-Traditional Theatre Museum in the World will create a truly global network in which academics, entrepreneurs/ businessmen and professionals in the field of theater and art in general will have the opportunity for constructive dialogue and development at an interdisciplinary level.
